This policy describes, in plain language, what data we collect when you use 3deality.in, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can do about it. We've tried to avoid legal-ese, if anything here is unclear, ask us.
"3Deality" is the brand name of Shiv Shakti Properties, the registered business operating this website from India. For privacy questions, the point of contact is [email protected].
Account info: name, email, and phone. You can create an account with an email and password, or sign in with Google. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google, we never see your Google password. If you register with a password, we store only a securely hashed version of it, never the plain text.
Profile (optional): a display name and date of birth, if you choose to add them to your account. Your date of birth is used only to apply a birthday-week reward on your orders, we don't share it.
Order info: shipping address, billing address, items ordered, payment method identifier (we never see your full card number, see §4).
Cart & wishlist: what you added, when. Tied to your account if you're signed in, otherwise tied to a random cart ID in your browser.
Technical info: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page (standard web-server logs, used for debugging, abuse detection, and basic traffic analytics).
Communications: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, for support context.
We do not sell your data to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.
To run the store we share specific pieces of data with the following providers. Each sees only what they need to do their job:
We don't use third-party tracking cookies. The small amount of browser storage we do use is first-party and essential to the site working:
cart_id, remembers your cart between visits so items aren't lost.httpOnly cookie set by our backend when you sign in, so the site remembers you're logged in. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
All traffic to the site is over HTTPS. Payments are handled by HDFC SmartGateway, PCI-DSS certified, so we never store raw card numbers. Passwords (for non-Google accounts) are hashed. Access to our databases is restricted to a few people on the team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
Our store isn't aimed at anyone under 18, and accounts require you to be 18 or older (see our Terms). We don't accept a date of birth that indicates the account holder is under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we'll delete it.
We'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top when we make meaningful changes and note what changed if it's significant (new third-party service, change to retention period, etc.).
