Shipping Policy

Almost everything we sell is 3D-printed to order in our workshop, meaning your item doesn't exist yet when you place the order. Because of that, the total time from "order placed" to "parcel at your door" has two distinct parts, and we try to show both of them clearly on the product page.

1. The two parts of delivery time

Dispatch time. How long we take to get your order out the door. In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of your order. Made-to-order items, most of what we sell, are printed, cleaned up, finished, and dispatched within 24-72 hours, depending on the item and how many orders are in the queue. Made-to-order product pages show a "Ships in" estimate (e.g. "1 day" or "1-2 days") next to a "Made to order" tag so you know what to expect for that specific item; if something needs longer (large prints, unusual materials, a backlog), that estimate will reflect it. It is the typical dispatch time, not a guarantee: larger quantities and busy periods, like the festive season, can take longer, though we aim to dispatch every order within it.

Transit time (Delivers in N-N+1 days). Once we hand the parcel to our courier, this is how long they take to reach your pincode. The "Delivers to your pincode in N-N+1 days*" estimate on the product page uses live serviceability data from our courier partner for your pincode. The asterisk means from dispatch, not from order date, add the dispatch time above for the full picture.

So total time = dispatch (within 24h for in-stock, 24-72h for made-to-order) + transit (N-N+1 days). For a typical order that's a few days end-to-end, though this varies by item and destination.

2. How the delivery estimate is calculated

Our product pages show a pincode-serviceability widget that checks live availability with our courier partners and picks the fastest serviceable option for your route. We render the point estimate as a range ("N-N+1 days") because real transit varies by a day or so depending on pickup cut-off time, local courier load, and scan delays. The estimate is not a guarantee, it's the best information we have at the time you check.

3. Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll get an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also see live status in your account at Your Orders. Our system polls the courier automatically and updates the order page as scans come in.

4. Unexpected delays

Sometimes things slip beyond the estimate. Common reasons:

  • Courier issues (weather, strikes, festival backlog, vehicle breakdown).
  • Remote or lightly-serviced pincodes where the last-mile hop adds 1-3 days.
  • Address problems, incomplete addresses, unreachable phones, gated societies without guard access.
  • Peak festive season (Diwali, Rakhi, year-end sales).
  • On our side: a print failure that needs a reprint. If this happens we email you the same day and reset expectations.

If your parcel is more than 3 business days past the estimated delivery date with no movement, write to us, we'll chase the courier and keep you posted.

5. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on your cart weight and pincode.

6. Shipping within India only

We currently ship only within India. International shipping may open up in the future, for now, if you need something abroad, write to us and we'll see if we can arrange it as a one-off.

7. Wrong address / failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out to reship, reshipping charges apply and are the customer's responsibility.

8. Damage in transit and lost parcels

Damage. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or opened at delivery, please refuse the parcel or take photos before opening. Record a continuous video while you unbox it, as the shipping label asks: without an unboxing video we cannot accept a claim of damage or missing items. Report damage within 48 hours at [email protected] or WhatsApp us with the video and photos of the packaging and the item. See the Refund Policy for the full claim process.

Lost parcels. If tracking stops moving, tell us and we chase the courier (section 4). When the courier confirms the parcel is lost, you are covered without any add-on: we reprint and reship your order at our cost, or refund it, at our choice.

9. Priority Protection (optional add-on)

Priority Protection is an optional add-on you can choose at checkout on courier deliveries; its fee is shown there before you pay. Every order is already covered for damage in transit and for a parcel the courier confirms as lost (section 8). With Priority Protection, your order is also covered if the parcel is stolen, or is marked delivered but never reached you.

  • How to claim. Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, or within 48 hours if tracking shows the parcel as delivered, at [email protected] or on WhatsApp, with your order number. We may check with the courier before resolving the claim.
  • What we do. We either reprint and reship your order at our cost, or refund it. We decide which, depending on the case.
  • Priority handling. Claims on protected orders are escalated and handled ahead of others in our queue. There is no fixed timeline for resolving a claim.
