These terms cover the rewards you can earn and spend with 3Deality: store credit in your wallet, cashback, referral rewards, gift cards and the WELCOME10 first-order code. They form part of our Terms of Service.
Store credit is kept in the wallet of your 3Deality account, in rupees: ₹1 of credit takes ₹1 off. Your Wallet page shows your balance and every credit and deduction. Cashback, referral rewards and redeemed gift cards are all added as store credit and follow the rules in this section.
To use it, sign in and apply it at checkout. It can pay for the products in your order except the last ₹1, which you pay along with the rest of the order. It does not cover shipping charges, including any Priority Protection or gift wrapping fee. It is applied in whole rupees, and only on orders placed from the account that holds it.
Credit you apply is deducted from your wallet only when the order is placed. If you remove it, or leave without placing the order, your balance stays as it was.
Orders earn cashback as store credit. It is a percentage of the amount you actually paid for the order, not counting shipping charges or any part you paid with store credit. It is added to your wallet, in whole rupees, after the order is marked delivered.
The standard rate is 1%. An order placed in your birthday week earns 5%, and a loyalty tier can raise the rate too (both explained below). Each order earns the single highest rate it qualifies for; rates are never added together.
Birthday week. Your birthday week is the seven days before your birthday plus the birthday itself. What counts is the day the order is placed, not the day it is delivered, and your date of birth must already be saved on your Account page when you place it. A saved date of birth can be changed once a year.
Loyalty tiers. Your tier for an order depends on the total of your orders placed in the 30 days up to and including that order (cancelled orders do not count):
Your Wallet page shows your current tier and how much more spending unlocks the next one.
After your first order, your Referrals page shows your personal referral code and link.
Your friend. A friend who has never ordered from us and signs up through your link, or enters your code when signing up, gets 5% off their first order (shipping charges excluded). The discount is tied to their account and works on one order only.
You. When that first order is delivered, you earn 5% of the order total as store credit, rounded down to the rupee. Referral rewards are capped at ₹1,000 per calendar month, counted by the month the referred order is delivered. A reward that would take you past the cap is reduced to what is left of it, and once the cap is reached, referred orders delivered later that month earn nothing. The cap starts again on the 1st of each month.
Referring yourself, or another account with the same email address or phone number as yours, earns no reward and gives no discount.
To use a gift card, sign in and enter its code on your Wallet page. Its full value is added to your wallet as store credit, and from then on it follows the store credit rules in section 1. A gift card code cannot be entered at checkout. Each gift card can be redeemed once, by one account, so keep the code private: the first account to redeem it receives its value.
