These terms govern your use of 3deality.in and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. We've tried to keep it short and readable.
Orders are accepted and fulfilled by Shiv Shakti Properties, which trades as "3Deality", operating from India. Our registered contact address and GSTIN are available on request and on tax invoices.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent / guardian's consent) to place an order. You must give us accurate name, address, and contact details.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we take payment and send an order confirmation email. Occasionally we may decline an order, for instance if a product is out of stock, the price was clearly wrong on the site, the payment fails our risk checks, or we suspect fraud or abuse. If we decline, we refund you in full.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Shipping (if any) is added at checkout. Payment is processed by HDFC SmartGateway; we accept cards, UPI, net-banking, and supported wallets. Payment must succeed before we start work on your order.

Most of what we sell is 3D-printed to order after you pay. Slight variations in colour, surface finish, layer lines, and dimensions (within normal 3D-printing tolerances) are inherent to the process and are not defects. Product photos are indicative; real items may differ slightly. If something is outside normal tolerances or clearly defective, it's covered by §3 of the Refund Policy.
Our designs. The designs, models, photographs, brand assets, and content on this site are owned by 3Deality or used under licence. Buying a printed item gives you the item; it does not transfer copyright or design rights in the underlying model. You may not resell, reproduce, or reverse-engineer our products for commercial use without written permission.
Your artwork. When you upload artwork, text, a logo, or a 3D model for us to print, you confirm that you own it or have the rights to use it, and you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of producing and shipping your order. We will not use your uploaded artwork for marketing, portfolio, or any other purpose without asking you first. Uploaded model files are deleted automatically on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy (§6).
Infringing material. We reserve the right to refuse any custom job that appears to infringe a third party's trademark, copyright, or design right (e.g. unlicensed brand logos, copyrighted characters). If we've already started when this becomes clear, we may cancel and refund under §1 of the Refund Policy. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you supplied.
Showcase & third-party designs. 3Deality is a made-to-order manufacturing (job-work) service. Our gallery and product images may show items featuring characters, logos, or artwork whose intellectual-property rights belong to their respective owners. Such images are shown only to demonstrate our printing quality and capabilities, we claim no ownership of, affiliation with, or endorsement by those third-party properties, and the rights remain entirely with their original creators. If you are a rights-holder and would like a design credited or removed, email [email protected] and we will act promptly.
You're responsible for keeping your account password (or Google sign-in) secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.
Don't attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site; don't probe for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation; don't submit false orders; don't upload artwork that's illegal, hateful, or pornographic; don't impersonate someone else. We may block or ban accounts / IPs that do any of this.
We try to keep product information accurate, but occasionally there are errors (price, stock, description). Where a listed price is clearly an error (e.g. a ₹999 item listed at ₹99) we may cancel the affected order and refund in full rather than honour the error. We may also change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Deality is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law (e.g. liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India. Before going to court, please contact us, most issues are faster to sort out directly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or placing a new order after an update means you accept the updated Terms. For any order already placed, the version in force at the time of your order governs that order.
